  • Harry Niemeijer is the one behind HN Personal Training and he has been passively and actively involved in sports for several years. Even when he was a little boy, sport was everything that really mattered. It wasn’t a surprise that he started a study ‘Sport en Bewegen(Leefstijl & Gezondheid)’ at the INHolland University. During this study he worked together with and supported a lot of different people. He worked with Olympic athletes, athletes who were physically disabled or with a mental disability as well as with different age groups. Beside his study he completed a couple of courses e.g. Fit!vak A fitness instructor, Fit!vak B fitness coach as well as he certified as CrossFit Level 1 trainer. He also completed the TRX Suspension Training course, nutrition course and Funxtion course. Next to the study Harry worked at several gyms. Over these years he gained a lot of experience and realised that helping people one on one or in small groups is the challenge he loves most.

    At HN Personal Training you’re getting all the time and attention with a personalised and individual focus. “Basic workout programs don’t exist, I listen and observe to figure out what you really need and I’ll adjust our training sessions to my findings. By giving personal training I want to carry out my passion for sports and exercise. Quality and fun are the most important things at HN Personal Training. My vision is about having a healthy lifestyle. Nutrition, (functional) exercise and rest are the most important aspects for having a healthy lifestyle and I can’t wait to work with you and coach you throughout that vision to help you become the best version of yourself.
